How do I return my items?Updated 7 months ago

At Modibodi, we strive to make every part of your experience with us seamless and enjoyable - even when it comes to returns. Here’s your quick guide to sending items back, effortlessly:  

Easy Returns in a Few Steps: 

Step 1: First things first, check out our  USA, Mexico and Asia Returns Policy page to make sure you're all set with the guidelines.

  • Remember, products must be returned unopened, in their original condition, and with all tags attached within 30 days. 
  • If you're returning items from multiple orders, please ensure they are sent back in separate packages. Combining items from different orders into one package will lead to inaccuracies in identifying your returns at our warehouse.

Step 2: Get your order number and the email address you used to place the order, then, go the US Site returns portal to start your claim.

  • You will prepay your return shipping via returns portal. 
  • If you decide to exchange your items through our 'Shop Now' option in the portal, don’t worry - we’ll handle the shipping costs for the new items you select. 
  • After completing this step, you will receive a prepaid shipping label in your email along with the Returns Form. 
  • Make sure to enclose the Returns form inside your package to help us identify you and process your return faster. No printer? No problem. Just jot down all the necessary details on piece paper and include it in the package.
  • To ensure we process your returns accurately, please return items from different orders in separate packages. Please note that return shipping fees will apply to each order.  

Step 3: Drop off your parcel at your local post office and keep your tracking number to ensure it reaches our warehouse safely.  

Processing Returns:

We aim to process returns within 7-10 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. Keep in mind, processing might take a bit longer during busy periods like holidays and sales. 

If you think your return’s been delivered but hasn’t been processed yet, just send us an email at [email protected] with your return tracking number and we’ll take care of it.
